In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra (BIPO) will tour the United Kingdom from April 4-11, 2025. Under the baton of Carlo Tenan, who has been their artistic director and principal conductor since the 2024/25 season, BIPO will accompany cellist Pablo Ferrández in a series of five concerts.

The Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra engaged with an audience of over five thousand during its week-long tour of the United Kingdom.

Under the baton of Carlo Tenan, the orchestra received standing ovations and critical acclaim for its performances alongside cellist Pablo Ferrández. In our every tour, we make it a priority to include works by Turkish composers, bringing our music to international audiences. Ferit Tüzün’s Nasreddin Hoca and Muammer Sun’s Dönüşüm, performed as an encore, were met with great enthusiasm by the audience.
